I also choose the radio since it was the first device to give the public a taste of music they use to have to pay for. It also gave some intellectual talks about music and culture. Some stations today still do like 105.9 WQXR NY classical radio.
Music production and enjoyment seems as if it would be impossible with out recording technology to create the music or the radio to reach the public.
